How can I stop eating so much?

You can always fill yourself with water. when my cousin was trying to loose weight her doctor told her to drink a couple glasses of water before she ate to make her feel full, so she would ultimately eat less food. You can also try working out a lot, personally whenever i go to the gym or go on a long jog i am less tempted to eat unhealthy food afterwards because i don't want to ruin my workout, It is kinof like motivation. Also keep yourself busy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go out places or read a good book if you keep your mind off eating and on other things you will have an easier time not eating as much. also, if you feel the need to snack do it healthy. have a piece of fruit or something healthy, eating a lot of healthy food is much better than eating a lot of junk food.
