Family issues, I have a problem?

Last night I was asking my mom questions and I was bothering her...I shouldn't have done that but then her rude boyfriend who hates me started yelling at me, he knows that my dad can't afford to see me at the moment and he yells "WHY DON'T YOU GO LIVE WITH YOUR POOR DAD?" That really upset me and left me crying all night, he said other things too. So I ended up sleeping on the porch because he wouldn't leave me alone, we have a screened in porch luckily. Then today me, my mom and my aunt went out to brunch, I got back and he was acting like he didn't say anything to me, obviously he knows that he hurt me. Then when I was talking to my mom she said that I need to say sorry to him, I was like "Me, say sorry to him? Why don't you say sorry to me for laughing when your boyfriend said that my dad is poor?" She slammed the door and walked away. After about an hour I came out and I was like "Can I go to the mall?" She said yeah then when I got back she asked me to clean my room, I cleaned it and she was so rude to me...Her boyfriend walked by and was like you missed a spot and there was a rug there...I was like "Oh uhm k." Then my mom walked in and was like "Did you just call him a *****" HE LIED TO HER! I didn't say anything to him really, three words! Do you have any Idea what I should do?
