Can I become a doctor even though I have epilepsy?

Throughout my entire life, I have been working daily in order to become a pediatric neurologist so that I could help children overcome epilepsy as I was helped by a pediatric neurologist. Sadly though, I grew up with Partial-Focal Epilepsy. I only have seizures once every few years though so I consider myself extremely lucky. Will I be able to practice medicine though? I would really like to know before I apply for medical school. I understand that I will not be able to become a surgeon, but I really want and have a passion for neurology that is indescribable. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!!!
