Can my teacher sue me?

I was going to a swim meet and I went to her class during brunch to tell her that I wasn't going to her class. So she showed me a paper that we were going to copy in class, so I decided to take pics of to so I wouldn't miss anything for the state test. After, she knew I took pics and told me to delete them before she files for lawsuit or something like that because it was her property. Can she do that??
