My entire day laid out for you?

Where's breakfast? That's the most meal of the day. I like the exercises, but I'm not too keen on the diet. It seems really extreme and not that healthy. Just my opinion. At the very least I would opt for adding two servings of veggies in there, I would also get rid of the Tofu and add beans or chicken breast in it's place.
