What can i do with failed coffee cake?

So I accidentally ruined a coffee cake. It's delicious, but I tried to make it in a cute sunflower pan and invert it so the flower was on top...that didn't work. So I have some yummy crumbley cake bits that I still want to become something I can bring to the church brunch tomorrow morning. Any suggestions?
