you really didn't eat well today especially if your dieting, if your goal is weight loss i'd rate this a 3-4. the oatmeal for breakfast was good as long as you watched your portion size. But after that it went downhill. tator tots and fries and cheese are very unhealthy and filled with fat. plus you need more fruits and veggies. instead of a burger it should be lean meat like skinless chicken breast
