Why am I so irritated all the time? What can I do to relax?

You really want to know something relaxing I tried it my self and I recommend you to give it a shot. Then try (guided meditation) its a breathing exercise that aims to release stress and clearing your mind from anything stressful for better thinking and conscious but also knowing what is stressing you and cut it off from your life solve the problem I hope I helped
